Gap Fees and Rebate Schedule
From 1 September 2021, Lilydale Medical Clinic will be moving to a mixed billing practices for all after-hours consultations. All appointments on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will incur an out-of-pocket cost. Please note the following and the fees schedule table below:
- Patients must be Medicare Card holders
- DHS Health Care cardholders, Aged & Disability Support Pension Card Holders will be bulk billed on weekdays and charged a concession rate on weekends and public holidays
- Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold cardholders are bulk billed on all occasions.
- Full payment is required on the day of consultation by cash or credit card (VISA or Mastercard only)
- For your convenience, we can claim your Medicare rebate on the spot if you have registered your details with Medicare
- Rebate will be refunded onto a debit card that must be present at time of payment
